Return Window

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

  • Item must be returned in original packaging when applicable
  • Proof of purchase may be required

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
  • Opened items that cannot be safely restocked where applicable

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear supporting photos so we can review and assist.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to eligible non-defective returns where permitted by law.
